A few months ago, I had the opportunity to assist Motor Trends film an episode of Epic Drives in Alberta. It’s best described as both a car and travel show, so it showcased the province and a sweet-looking Nissan GTR Black Edition.
Filming the Epic Drives episode proved to be one of my favourite assignments of the summer. As you watch the episode on Motor Trends TV, watch for moments when the cameras are moving. One of my primary roles was driving a vehicle in front of the GTR as we filmed car-to-car. We also squeezed in a brief boat-to-car segment, too.
The highlight of the shoot was when I found myself behind the wheel, cruising down the Bow Valley Parkway. I won’t mention my top speed…
