I arrived in Ecuador on September 19th to participate in Ecuador Travel’s new advertising campaign, Feel Again Project. It’s an amazing new initiative that aims to put Ecuador on the international travel map. I can’t imagine a better destination to add to a bucket list. With 4 distinct climatic regions all within reach of Quito, it’s possibly the most diverse destination that I’ve visited.
The project invited 18 international journalists, photographers, artists, and filmmakers from the UK, Canada, USA, and Germany, to explore different regions of the country. As part of Team Canada, I explored the Ecuador Coast. Team USA traveled to the Galapagos, Team UK visited the Amazon, and Team Germany explored the Andes.
Despite my travels on the Coast – which was stunningly beautiful – I am sharing my October Desktop Wallpaper from the Andes. My short visit to Laguna de Quilotoa was one of the few places I visited outside of Quito and the coast, but it’s easily one of the most stunning locations I have ever seen.
